Thank you for your support, and appreciation to our creation. By ordering from us, you have agreed to accept all of our shopping policy and webshop rules. Please take your time to read them. Thank you so much for all your support and it is really appreciated.

Data Collection : When you register to our mailing list and signing up upon your purchase, we collect only your name and email address. This information is used to communicate the status of your order and occasionally to send out our monthly newsletter.

Images : Due varying monitor screens, the real glaze color can also be different from what you see on screen compared to the real pieces. Products can also be varied slightly in their dimension because of its handmade nature.

Shipping Cost : Upon checking out your order, you will be charged a shipping fee that’s higher than usual. That’s because for every shipment has to be packed with wooden create / box to make sure that piece arrived safely.

Damaged Goods : We pack your ceramic with care and make a huge efforts to deliver them safely to you. However, there are times when your packages arrived broken. If that happens, please take a picture of the box your item came in and your broken pieces and let us know within 72 hours after it arrives. You will receive a replacement of your pieces. Customers one responsible of their own shipping of replacement. If your item is out of stock, please allow for 2 weeks for restocking.

 : Once you receive your order, we will be waiting for your confirmation of payment. If the confirmation is not received within 12 hours your order will be cancelled automatically.

Gift Certificate : Gift certificate can be purchased from our web. It cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other promotional material / like a voucher. If the gift certificate is once lost or stolen, cannot be replaced and we cannot be responsible if it’s used without permission.
